Our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation was approved for another year on 18th May 2011 and all thanks to Gita's liaison.
This is a measure of our Quality Management Systems and is a framework for us to monitor and measure our success, our work, our client feedback and satisfaction.
ISO 9001:2008 is a standard of quality that is recognised and respected throughout the world.
We think it's important because it reflects our regard for quality in our service, and the robustness of our processes. It is also there to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, objectives and targets for improvements and growth.
