Crashed motorcycle parts are beautiful to only the select few (including yours truly) and with my anorak firmly on, I can tell you that by the time they’ve been made into something else they’re not so aesthetically pleasing. Never people to shy away from a challenge, we got our thinking hats on. Photography - that might just work. Alas the inherent beauty of a MotoGP bikes’ foot rest hanger retained only niche market appeal and even I had to admit it lacked impact. I know, why don’t we set the whole thing on fire? (you’ve got to love a designer). After brief but intense HSSE input it all came to pass. And that, my friend, is art.
