Organising live events or incentive travel

When it comes to organising live events or incentive travel there are always a myriad of details to attend to, and despite what is often a hectic ‘behind the scenes’ the presentation must always be impeccable.

With any group of people, making sure that everyone is in the right place at the right time is a challenge. It is, however point one in ensuring that everyone is safe, well and enjoying themselves. One of the most basic tactics that an efficient organiser can utilise is the head count which remains popular and is easy to master – or is it?
If a group numbers more than 20 there will be inevitable recounts, and the addition of local guides and interpreters often necessitates some basic mental arithmetic, but it should not be too much of a challenge.

Yet this week another story has surfaced of a couple leaving a child at a motorway services in a foreign country – so maybe it isn’t as easy as we make it look.
